TEAK
The wood is characterized by a wide range of colors from yellow, red to dark brown, often with single black veins. Teak tends to change its color to dark brown. This process can be stopped by using UV materials. Teak wood is unique thanks to its high content of natural oils and silica. It’s very stable, it has an incredible durability, especially in the aquatic environment. It is resistant to fungi, insects and abrasion. Occurrence: South and South-East Asia.
